How Leader Care Works
The mission of Leader Care is to provide hope and care to pastors, church staff and their families through Christ-centered support.

Goals of Leader Care
The purpose of Leader Care is to proactively facilitate spiritual, emotional and relational health among pastors, ministry staff members and their families by providing quality and affordable counsel, encouragement and opportunity for renewal.
Affirmation of Call – to help ministers reaffirm their calling and reconnect with the One who called them to ministry.
Catharsis – to allow the minister and family to openly discuss issues, frustrations and disappointments in an environment that is safe and encouraging.
Decompression – to encourage the minister to follow the example of Jesus and the doctrine of "Sabbath rest" in order to find physical and emotional rest.
Encouragement – to offer practice insights on self-care to develop appropriate boundaries, expectations and strategies to balance and strengthen all aspects of the minister's life.

Counseling through New Life Counseling
Opportunity for reaffirmation, rest and relaxation
Lay Person Training
New Life Counseling has conducted training events for lay people in crisis intervention, support group ministry, lay counseling, leadership and conflict management.
Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)
New Life Counseling can respond to and facilitate a church's need for crisis management in the event of a "critical incident" such as a sudden or violent death, shooting, terror incident or natural disaster in your church or community.
